Their machines serve cross-industry needs by depositing proprietary consumable conductive and dielectric materials simultaneously, while concurrently integrating in-situ capacitors, antennas, coils, transformers, and electromechanical components, to function at an unprecedented performance.

Solution

We started off by looking at the current state of their HubSpot Email marketing Campaign. Nothing was set in proper workflow or automated. The emails were not well-designed and no lead generation rules were followed in the email copy.

  • We reduced the email copy word limit and removed the fluffy stuff from there.
  • Added the required Call-To-Action button and made the whole email responsive.
  • The data was not much to be segmented.
  • We created a landing page and attached it to the email and also created and added the thank you page that is to be displayed after the conversion through the landing page.
  • We also automated the email confirmation after the conversion.
  • The timezone of the email recipients was studied and the emails were scheduled accordingly.
